The Position: Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to join EKFC?s Human Resources team, if you are seeking a challenging and professional position in a dynamic working environment and enjoy putting in the effort to achieve tangible business outcomes as a partner in change management. In this role you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your analytical and communication skills as you prepare and analyze performance, incentive, remuneration and job evaluation data and communicate outcomes. You will assist with the research, modeling, benchmarking and testing of current and proposed practices. You will demonstrate your previous experience in providing exceptional service by collaborating with your Human Resource and line management business partners to complete job evaluations, administer the internal promotion process, communicate remuneration policy and practices to employees and respond to queries and grievances.
