Reservations Advisor Horley £17,500 + great company benefits (shift work required) We are looking for talented individuals who would like to work within the wonderful world of Travel. If you have a flair for sales, enjoy talking to people over the telephone and posses great communication skills we may have the perfect position for you! Working for a highly successful Travel Company, you will take incoming calls from customers who wish to make holiday reservations or make amendments to existing bookings or may have a general enquiry. At all times a professional and first class service will be given providing customers with correct and informative information. Applicants will have solid experience within a Travel environment, and enjoy the challenge of meeting sales targets. A pleasant telephone manner and a good team spirit is essential to this role.
