Contact Centre Agent – Fixed term contracts
Exciting opportunities have arisen within a leading central London-based travel company and we’re looking for highly motivated, inbound sales professionals to join our team.
Job responsibilities
•Receiving inbound calls from consumers, agents and wholesalers
•Converting enquiries to bookings
•Maximising revenue by up-selling
•Believing in and actively promoting the brand
•Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every call.
About You
To be considered for the role you need to be a sales professional with a passion for closing the sale on the first call. You’ll be able to show you can:
•Build a rapport and relationship with customers
•Demonstrate great negotiation skills
•Are a natural communicator
•Take responsibility and initiative
•Solve problems on the run
•Learn new systems and processes quickly and you are computer literate
•Motivated to close the sale and win the business
•
Every successful call means more money in your pocket – our basic salaries start at £18,000 pro rata plus commission (this includes holiday pay)
For all positions; Previous experience in a contact centre essential, preferably travel experience of minimum 1 year, you must be eligible to work within the UK. Contract roles available for 3 months to cover our busy period, you must be available from Dec to March to apply for this role.
