Succession planning has created this challenging opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with sold residential conveyancing experience to join the branch office of this long established firm. You will have experience of managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision, ideally combined with some Commercial Conveyancing experience, though this is not essential. The current fee earner is extremely busy and you will take over a very full caseload, therefore the need to be able to cope well under pressure is a must. In order to be able to cope in this role you will need at least 4 years solid property experience of managing your own caseload.
