Job description
A regional automotive retailer is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join one of their dual franchise dealerships in Warrington. Although currently full-time, our client will consider part-time applicants. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Vehicle Sales Administrator is a proactive and important member of the dealership’s administration team, assisting with all paperwork, taxations and follow-up work that surrounds the buying and selling of new and used vehicles. You will be responsible for booking both new and used vehicles into stock, using the company’s Dealer Management System, updating records as information becomes available, invoicing customers, ordering vehicles from the manufacturer’s system and taxing new vehicles on the AFRL system. You will also perform a receptionist role for the dealership in meeting and greeting customers and answering the telephones. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You will be an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator who is confident in developing positive relationships with customers, suppliers and work colleagues. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills as well as a good eye for detail and the desire to do a good job. To be considered for this role, you will preferably have motor trade experience and knowledge of Kerridge.
