TERRITORY: Working from home covering The North: Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, North West, Yorkshire, Field Based
LOCATION: The ideal candidate will live between Birmingham and Manchester
PACKAGE: £60 - 80k Basic - £120k OTE Car Allowance, 22 days holiday, mobile, laptop, health, pension

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Our client is looking for a new business focused sales manager with at least 5 years experience managing a small new business focussed team
- Must have knowledge of suites designed to assist IP telephony / communications
- Must be able to work autonomously with little contact with head office
- Must be degree educated
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Ideally, this person will have experience working for a small company as this role requires applicants to treat the patch as a start up situation
ROLE INFORMATION
- The Sales Director will be expected to manage a team of 4/5 sales reps on various territories around the North of the country
- This is a New Business focussed role and the Sales Director will be expected to assist, coach and mentor in very hands on approach
- The team will be purely new business focussed, retaining accounts when necessary
- Geographically, the role covers the North from Birmingham up to Scottish Borders
- Average Order Values are £40k per month on 3/5 year contracts with total contract values being £1.5m +
- As a result, sales cycles will be 6 12 months
- The Sales Director will be targeted on the results of the team, not on sales but will be expected to assist in sales when necessary
