SALES ENGINEER - APPLICATIONS ENGINEER 25-30k + PENSION + HEALTH CARE + LIFE ASSURANCE THE COMPANY Well established as one of the top 3 suppliers of power systems in the UK, this business continues to build market share as a result of their commitment to customer satisfaction. With the biggest team of field service engineers in the market, the sales of service contracts continues to grow in excess of 10% year on year. To capitalise on this the business requires another Sales Engineer to cover the growing North American market. THE ROLE The business already has an impressive portfolio of Blue Chip clients form IBM to Wal-Mart and major UK airports. Therefore as a Sales Manager it will be your role to go to consultants, architects and contractors ensuring the companies systems are specified and new products introduced. Each solution you provide will be unique, therefore to optimise your performance you will need to be adept and building relationships with multiple points of contact from maintenance engineers to board level. THE PERSON The graduate sales engineer will be from a strong engineering background with experience in the electrical or electronic engineering environments. You will need qualifications to at least HNC level and commercial knowledge, be it already sales or applications, projects or contract management you will be well placed to step into this exciting role using both your technical and commercial skills.
