Sales Engineer - Business Development Package: 25-35k - 45k ote - Car/allowance - Mobile - Laptop - Pension - Healthcare - 25 days Holiday The Company This company are manufacturers in the Automotive and Electronics industry providing technical solutions to some of the worlds most famous OEM's including Land Rover and Jaguar. Building on previous achievements the company wants to continue to bring high quality and high specification products to the market place to enable its outstanding performance. The Role As Sales Engineer you will be based in their East Midlands region. You will be responsible for sourcing leads and following up enquiries, fact finding from customers, providing a solution, sourcing products, putting together proposals and presenting the solutions at board level, negotiating prices and closing business. The Sales Engineer will be looking after large amounts of business and will project manage opportunities through to completion. The Sales Engineer will be empowered to be work autonomously with a responsibility for growing this already successful candidate. The Person The Sales Engineer will be from a strong engineering background with experience in the electrical or electronic engineering environments. You will need qualifications to at least HNC level and be capable of conversing on a technical level with a variety of clients. The Sales Engineer will be adept at using their technical knowledge to resolve clients' issues and concerns. Your sales abilities will be utilised looking after both design sales and distribution management. As an ambitious candidate you will push forward to succeed and advance your career. You must be a UK resident or hold at least a HSMP visa.
