Senior Design Engineer - Electronics Design (FPGA Design) c. £30K + Overtime + bonus + package Bedfordshire You will take responsibility for design, validation, verification, certification and maintenance tasks for new and existing FPGA designs within this global aerospace business's Engine Power Systems range of electronics products. You will apply FPGA / ASIC technologies, tools and processes and understand the overall function of the product and its role in the aircraft's electrical power generation system. THE ROLE - The Senior Design Engineer - Electronics Design (FPGA Design) responsibilities include: - FPGA design and achievement of specification compliance/DO-254 certification - Concept definition, evaluation, specification and interface design of FPGAs, identifying efficient solutions - Perform VHDL code design to applicable processes and standard - Perform simulation test design
