We are working alongside a leading print and communication provider in order to find a driven successful Senior National Account Manager. Our client offers the full spectrum of print and communication management services, and due to a sustained period of success and growth they are now actively seeking a proven Senior National Account Manager to take a pivotel role in their highly successful Accounts team. The Role Understanding the organisation of each customer, identifying key decision makers and developing close relationships at that level. Develop and implement account plans for each customer to enhance the business relationship with the client and expand the product offering. Leading a team of 15+, you will be responsible for performance including performance management processes, selection, succession planning, organisation and development of the team. The Person The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of developing and growing accounts within large corporate organisations. Will have the ability to network and build effective relationships with senior stake holders within those businesses. Must be an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated people manager with the drive to lead from the front.
