Telemarketing Manager Brighton, East Sussex £40,000 - £45,000 DOE Plus Bonus, Negotiable Benefit Package Our client, the UK's largest outbound B2B specialist telemarketing agency is looking for a new Telemarketing Manager for its demand generation department. This is a major opportunity to play a key part in the future of the country's biggest and best outbound B2B agency - where you'll deliver industry leading telephone demand generation services to a client roster including many of the world's leading organisations. Leading a team of account managers and a department of 60 agents, in this role you will join a senior management team that's committed to growing the business further by delivering the highest possible standard of service and results to their clients. As the Telemarketing Manager your duties will include: - day to day management and strategic development of the Telemarketing department - growing the department's turnover and profit to meet or exceed agreed targets - ultimate responsibility for all campaign deliverables - maximising client satisfaction levels and ensuring high levels of repeat business - managing, motivating and coaching all direct reports To succeed in this position you must be an inspirational leader with sales management experience gained within a call centre environment. As well as your impressive track record of achieving sales, you will also need to demonstrate the ability to grow business through the leadership and development of the management team, and by supporting and empowering people to match and exceed company and client expectations. Additionally, as the Telemarketing Manager you should possess exceptional analytical and PC skills, and you should be educated to A Level standard (preferably including Maths and English). A degree (or equivalent) in a business discipline and/or sales and marketing qualifications would be beneficial to your application. Based in the centre of Brighton on the seafront, this position will require occasional travel off site for client meetings, but is primarily an operations focused role.
