Telemarketing / Telesales (IT/Electronics), £17k, Liverpool SALARY: £17k LOCATION: Wavertree Technology Park, Liverpool HOURS: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. COMPANY: Our client have been designing and manufacturing high quality data communications products since 1984. ROLE: They are launching a new range of connectivity products which they design and manufacture in house, this is part of a wider range of computer interface cards used in test and measurement, Point of Sale, Banking, data communication and process control applications. They require a Telemarketer to make systematic and enthusiastic contact with their existing and potential customers about these products. RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Gain basic knowledge of Company's computer based products. b) Contact existing and potential customers by phone with new product information. c) Meet customer telephone contact targets on weekly, monthly basis. d) Maintain contact database, including periodic reporting as required. e) Turn contacts into Sales Leads which result in customer visits by Sales Executives and result in Sales. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Excellent telephone manner with experience of telephone marketing/sales. b) IT Literate and competent with MS Office, Databases etc. c) Determined, cheerful and customer focussed.
