Telesales Executive - Kent
OTE £25k- £30k with a Competitive basic salary of £15K and an attractive open ended bonus scheme.
The Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our client in the delivery of new business and specific account management on behalf of one of the biggest global brands in the Telecoms & IT sector. Located in an attractive, rural part of Kent working as part of a friendly closely knit small team dedicated to serving local businesses.
The Role
- The role is a cross of new business development, cross selling to existing customers and managing existing business by identifying customers' business needs and offering appropriate added value solutions.
- As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with customers and understanding their business needs finding the products and services that will make their lives easier.
- You will be responsible for meeting challenging sales targets through pro-actively selling a wide portfolio of products and services to business customers.
- The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer concerns and communicating effectively in a professional and friendly manner.
The Candidate
- The successful candidate will be a dynamic sales professional with experience of business to business telesales.
- You will be an enthusiastic, confident, highly motivated team player who has the ability to work under pressure and work to timescales.
- An awareness of the IT/Communications market would be beneficial.
- The role requires an individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who demonstrates a professional approach at all times.
