Telesales Team Leader / Telesales Supervisor

£20,000 Basic plus Commission

From their nationwide network of plants, the company provides the highest quality in workwear rental and linen hire, washroom products and healthcare services. They are now looking to recruit a Telesales Team Leader / Telesales Supervisor.

As an enthusiastic and committed individual, the Telesales Team Leader / Telesales Supervisor will join an existing telesales team in Wednesbury, and will lead, support and motivate a team of Telesales Executives to achieve targets.

With previous proven experience of leading a telesales team, you will have a professional approach and a full working knowledge of MS Office packages.

As well as being motivated and competitive, the Telesales Team Leader / Telesales Supervisor must also be a team player who is highly organised and flexible with the ability to work off their own initiative.

Our client is offering an excellent package and commission structure, and will provide full training on their services.
