JOB TITLE: Territory Sales Manager Telematics
SELLING: Telematic Solutions including Tracking and Communications
SELLING TO: All companies on patch from both Public and Private Sectors
TERRITORY: Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Stoke on Trent, Coventry, Midlands, Field Based
LOCATION: 100% home based role, living on patch between Stoke & Cheltenham ideally
PACKAGE: £40k basic, £80k OTE, car allowance, petrol mileage, mobile, laptop

COMPANY INFORMATION

- Established for over 10 years, our client has only recently gone to market with its technology
- Currently, they employ over 30 people with 10+ being sales focussed
- They have fantastic board backing and are looking to aggressively expand in the market
- USP: Our Client offers the best technology solutions in the industry

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING

- This person must be activity and results driven
- Must be able to work autonomously and be self motivated
- Must have gravitas able to deal at CE Level
- Must display Entrepreneurial tendencies as this is like running your own business
- The client does not want Telematics sales people

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

- Ideally, successful Territory Sales Managers will be degree educated

ROLE INFORMATION

- Selling the companies full range of telematic solutions including In Vehicle Units, Mobile Data and PTO Interface solutions
- Selling to any company on patch that you deem necessary to target
- This is a 100% new business, self generated role and as such, knowledge of the patch / prior contacts will give you a great start
- You can target Private or Public Sector accounts, however, the Public Sector sales cycles tend to be a lot longer
- Average deals will be £50k+ with a minimum deal usually coming in at £30k+
- Geographically, the area covered will be as high a Stoke, as low as Cheltenham and all in between
- Targets carried will be:
oYear 1 - £250k GP
oYear 2 - £408k GP
- The client is looking for Gravitas as a high percentage of this vacancy will be dealing at board level as opposed to Fleet Manager levels
