Our client a leading Aerospace company is looking for a Test Manager for their site in Portsmouth. Responsible for RF Test Team of up to 40 staff including subcontractors, managing multi-project Resource, & skill requirements for RF Test and co-ordinating with the Production Controller for Project Schedule during RF Test phases, including what if's & schedule updates, in consultation with the AIT project Manager. Other duties may include being responsible for RF Test work packages acceptance from project team at Integration Readiness Review, with support from a Teamleader, conducting team's annual appraisals and providing input to Quality reviews for test, standardisation and improvements. Successful candidates will have a HNC/ Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or an appropriate discipline and have a good production background. It is advantageous to have previous software experience i.e. Labview/ Visual Basic, but this is not essential.
