Newbury Our client the market leader for freight between UK and Europe is looking to recruit a Trainee Account Manager to generate profit through effective selling, management and development of client accounts. Initially an office based position, you will receive second to none sales and industry training, which, once complete will enable you to go out in the field where your role will be split between generating new sales over the phone and meeting with clients on a face to face basis, to secure strong business relationships. Once the relationships have been developed it will be your responsibility to maintain and nurture those accounts to ensure maximum profitability. You will need to have a proven track record in business to business outbound sales, a full driving license and a stable and consistent work history. Successful applicants will be offered exceptional long term prospects, including a 30 month training programme, pay rise after 6 months, company car after 6 months and excellent bonus potential.
