Trainee Recruitment Consultant &pound;17,000 + OTE &pound;30,000 London THE ROLE &middot; Full training will be given on every aspect from how to source clients (networking, word of mouth, business development) and candidates (writing adverts, headhunting, online searching, networking) to managing the whole recruitment process. &middot; The full recruitment cycle not only includes building your database of client and candidates, you will be arranging numerous interviews, giving advice to both parties on your selected industry, managing the offer and running through contracts. &middot; Not forgetting the after sales, making sure both parties are happy and making sure any teething problems are ironed out. &middot; Recruitment isn&#39;t for the faint hearted but if you like getting involved, working in a high pressure environment and believe in reaping what you sow then Recruitment is for you.
