Trainee Recruitment Consultant Brighton Pharmaceutical
Basic £18-20k. 1st year OTE 40k, 2nd year £50-80k.

An established national recruitment consultancy is looking to expand its Brighton office, and as such needs commercially astute trainee recruitment consultants to help drive the business forwards. The key to this role is attitude, and you will need to be positive, motivated, persistent and well organized to succeed.

As a recruitment consultant your day to day activities will include
· Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
· Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
· Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
· Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
· Interviewing candidates.
· Providing a professional and consultative service to both clients and candidates based on your market and commercial awareness.

This is a sales job in that you will be selling yourself and the company to clients and candidates in what is an extremely competitive market, so you will need to be tenacious, persuasive and resilient by nature. This is not a micro managed environment, so you will need to be commercially aware and able to motivate yourself to generate a high level of activity to ensure future success.

As a recruitment consultant in this company you have uncapped earning potential so are rewarded for the hard work you are expected to put in. It is a team based company though, and the environment is one geared towards making sure you enjoy your office hours.
