Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Various Sectors - £17k-£25k Basic + OTE £30k -£40k Yr One + Fantastic Incentives, Company Holidays, Free Parking - Manchester Your Profile As a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will ideally be a Graduate or Graduate calibre candidate who has had an exposure to a Recruitment Sales environment or had previous Sales experience in a targeted Sales role. Most importantly you must be money hungry, entrepreneurial and highly focused. You must have a good understanding of Recruitment Sales and be ready to commit to a long-term career with a highly rewarding and exciting company. The Role This role will involve the full recruitment cycle. You will cold call Business-to-Business to obtain vacancies and develop relationships with new clients. You will also source and interview candidates and manage the whole Recruitment process through to placement. You will receive fantastic training and coaching to develop your sales skills, and be quickly encouraged to take on real responsibilities.
