Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£18,000 - £35,000 per annum, inc benefits, OTE £60k

A new name in Bristol's burgeoning recruitment market are currently looking for new recruits to join their growing team in central Bristol.

With a management team boasting over 40 years of recruitment experience between them, they are interested in bright, ambitious individuals who want to benefit from thorough training and development to become market leading recruiters in their own right.

You will be a graduate or equivalent, or of graduate calibre, and have the motivation and drive to be a success in a competitive market, you should look no further.

With a training programme lasting 6 weeks including on the job and external training, you will be given all the tools of the trade required to be an immediate success.

You will be assessed after the first six weeks to decide which part of the business is most suited to your skills, and then given the opportunity to shadow a senior member of the team to continue your development.

This will suit someone maybe in a telesales role or face to face sales who wants a career rather than another job, and one where you can see a clearly defined path with ongoing promotion and earning potential.

Working within a professional, white collar market, you will be expected to liaise with senior level executives on a day to day basis, therefore the ability to converse comfortably on a face to face and telephone basis is essential. Call now in confidence for immediate consideration.
