Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT

THE COMPANY: Our client specialises in both temporary and permanent recruitment within the IT sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a step into a career in recruitment. Now well established, this forward thinking organisation are keen to expand and add another member to their team in the North West.

THE ROLE: You will, after an initial training and induction period, have full responsibility to source vacancies and make placements within a range of IT related roles. You need to be outgoing, target focussed, career driven and be highly motivated by the potential to earn commission. Clients come from varying sectors and would comprise of both SME and corporate level.

THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - £16,000-£20,000
Commission/Bonus £35,000-£40,000 OTE year 1
