eb1560 Trainee Regional Sales Executive £10,000 - £15,000basic (DOE) OTE £20,000 Our client, a leading capital equipment company, is currently looking to recruit a positive and enthusiastic individual to build and develop new B2B customers within the postal code area. The successful candidate will begin with big brand training, induction and coaching and will have the autonomy to build a profitable patch in the designated territory. The purpose of the role will be to expand sales to new customers and service existing accounts. To manage and prospect their allocated territory with the flexibility of developing their own sales strategy. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, enthusiastic and successful team member to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for cold calling/phone canvassing to generate appointments providing opportunity for sales. You will also be required to maintain long term relationships with existing customers and you will be need to attend meetings and play an Active part in a team driven approach to customers. The role is predominately field based although you will be in the office about once a week with the rest of your time on the road. Candidates will be looking for a trainee role, their first step into B2B sales and in return will receive £10-14k basic (dependant on experience) and car allowance.
