TRAINEE SALES ENGINEER £20-30K + Mobile + Laptop + Pension + Life Assurance + 23 Days Holiday THE COMPANY A manufacturer of microwave components for the military and aerospace market are looking to expand their team by adding a Trainee Sales Engineer. As they are well-established, they have an excellent reputation within the industry for providing quality of products and services to their customers. With plans to increase three-fold in 4 years, they need to recruit people of the highest calibre. THE ROLE This Trainee Sales Engineer will be required to travel across the Globe as necessary for 2-10 days at a time. They will need to liaise with engineers at design stage before preparing estimations and quotes and presenting these to the senior management. Most of the components will be bespoke, so it is important that this person can talk comfortably on a technical level. When they are not travelling, this person will be based from the office in North Yorkshire. THE PERSON The ideal Trainee Sales Engineer will be: - Qualified to HND or degree level in either Physics or Electronic Engineering - Confident enough to liaise with customers - Willing to learn and take on the training provided - A good relationship builder All applicants must hold a UK passport or HSMP visa.
