Prestigious travel company are seeking to recruit for a Corporate Travel Counsellor to join their expanding team in Aberdeen. This role will involve ·Making Worldwide travel arrangements for UK clients. · Booking flights, car hire, accommodation, ferries, insurance, foreign exchange etc. · Delivering a first class customer service on each & every call. · Working closely to make sure all preferred supplier details are supplied to all corporate travel. Skills required Candidates need previous experience in the travel industry in a fast paced call centre/ target driven environment , aswell as a good knowledge of travel geography/destinations & the ability to be able to cross-sell. Business Travel experience/CRS Knowledge of Sabre is preferred but not essential. ·Good customer service experience. ·Strong time management & organisation skills ·The ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.. ·A proven team player with high levels of communications aswell as being able to work on your own initiative. Also looking to recruit for a Customer service rep to join the team To act as primary service delivery contact for customer feedback and issues.
