Leading Travel Company in Chester is looking to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor. This role involves liaising with Customers & Tour operators dealing with various issues & queries. Candidates are required to have retail travel or call centre experience with view data & tour operator’s knowledge. Previous travel experience in a similar role – or a reservations role is desired, aswell as destination knowledge. Hours of work are 9-5:45 pm over 5 days Monday- Saturday. Salary is up to £14,000 plus fantastic benefits.
