An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a leading travel company in Chester working as a Ticketing Consultant. This role involves being responsible for manually issuing tickets using Worldspan and Galileo CRS systems aswell as issuing publishing and net remit 1 and 2 fares, reissuing and automated MCO’S. Using the company in-house fares systems , you will need to check paper airline contracts to ensure tickets are issued in line with the agreed contract . Also taking responsibility for contacting airlines to deal with fare queries, setting up PTAS’s, TOD’S and lost ticket enquiries. Previous experience working in a ticketing environment is essential aswell as CRS experience. Strong attention to detail is also required with the ability to work on your own initiative.
