UK Accounts Assistant
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join this specialist tour operator. Our client requires an Accounts Administration Assistant to be responsible for purchase ledger duties for their office based in Surrey. All applicants are required to have worked in a similar role within a tour operator, airline or corporate travel company. This is a very varied role where you will be responsible for checking invoices that are due for payment by suppliers, entering details onto their in-house system and checking any supplier queries on pricing or contract details to ensure they are invoiced correctly. Other duties will include producing supplier statements, chasing late supplier payments and following up non-payment queries on unsettled accounts as well as a variety of general administration duties on a day-to-day basis.
