Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills. You must be a result and quality driven individual, with a strong customer service focus. With this position, you will be responsible for resolving pre departure and post sale queries along with direct customer complaints in line with the company’s procedures and guidelines. In addition, you will also be dealing with client correspondence, so letter-writing skills are a must. Essentially, we require a professional individual who can demonstrate the ability to communicate both with oral and written words.
