UNINSURED LOSS RECOVERY FEE EARNERS X 4 West Midlands One of the foremost insurance litigation firms in the UK; this outstanding company have forged a fine reputation in the legal industry. Acting on behalf of and representing over 30 major insurance organisations, the firm handles litigated claims across all types of insurance policy and provides anti fraud advice and consultancy services. As part of a new venture within the firm, a number of opportunities have arisen for Uninsured Loss Recovery Fee Earners to take key responsibilities and contribute to the on-going progression of the organisation. Successful candidates will join the expanding Injury and Insurance Claims department, currently populated by highly motivated, strong team players who possess outstanding communication and client care skills. The role will involve recovering losses on post issue matters on behalf of both blue chip corporate clients and individuals. The post holders will also take responsibility for dealing with credit hire claims as well as diminution in value claims, repair costs, engineers fees, loss of use etc Ideally applicants will have some litigation experience and/or experience in dealing with credit hire claims but full training will be offered.
