Our client is a leading law firm based in Bristol. They are currently looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to work within their Child Abduction team. The Family law department specialises in finance, children and child abduction. You will be involved in assisting a senior associate with a caseload of child abduction work, as well as running your own caseload predominantly of children related cases. You will also be attending some court hearings with counsel in London and conducting your own advocacy in Bristol County Court and Magistrates Court and drafting pleadings and Briefs to Counsel. Ideally you will have working knowledge of public funding work. In return you will recieve a competitive salary and benefits package.
