We have a current vacancy for a Ski and Overseas Adventure Tour Organiser to join our Head Office team.
Currently enjoying our 50th year of successful business, PGL is now the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for children. Our products include adventure and watersports courses throughout the UK, France and Spain; Educational and ICT courses in the UK; Pan-European educational school tours and field studies trips and ski holidays throughout Europe and North America.
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual with previous customer service experience and excellent communication and administration skills to join our Ski and Overseas Adventure team.
As a Tour Organiser, you'll be the first point of contact with Party Leaders, therefore good communication skills are essential.
You should possess a talent for organising as you will be responsible for the administration of all tour arrangements, including liasing with hoteliers, ski schools, suppliers and coach companies.
The office can get pretty hectic during the peak weeks of the ski season, therefore a calm attitude and sense of humour are pre-requisites. An interest in skiing or snowboarding and resort knowledge would be a bonus, but is not required.
Ideally you will be conversant in German, French or Italian, but this is not vital.
This position is permanent and based at our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, but you may be required to travel abroad each year for educational visits to our ski resorts and overseas adventure centres.
Please visit our website to download an information pack and application form: www.pgl.co.uk/hqjobs

You must have the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
PGL is committed to the principle of equal opportunities
Closing date for applications: August 17 2007 (start date: Aug/Sept 2007)
