Web Developer ASP/VB/ASP.net - Nottingham

An experienced ecommerce web developer is required in Nottingham to take a leading role in the maintenance of existing Classic ASP ecommerce web platform for a major insurer, with a long term view to migrating to an ASP.NET 2.0 VB environment.

Essential Skills

·Classic ASP
·VB ASP.NET 2.0
·JavaScript
·SQL
·VB Script
·XML
·Understanding of online payment systems, particularly NetBanx
·Excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills

·Experience of HTML and CSS
·Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS
·Familiarity of SQL Server Maintenance

·Graphics capablity
