We current have a unique opportunity for a WInd Tunnel Test Engineer and an Aerodynamic Engineer to work on a top end Aerospace contract for one of the UK's largest Aerospace/Helicopter manufacturers. Based in their Yeovil office, the position will reward the candidate with lengthy contracts on some interesting Aircraft. Applicants require the following: Wind Tunnel Test Engineer More focused on the test itself (to mount and to dismount the model, to check cabling, to perform the tests following the test matrix, to guarantee the reliability of the acquisition parameters, etc.) Therefore it's an experimental technician rather a highly skilled engineer. Aerodynamic Engineer The role to set up and to maintain the aerodynamic capabilities and skills of the wind tunnel, by performing all the necessary activities and actions for having high quality data, testing capabilities, to solve all the issues relates to the wind tunnel testing (corrections methodologies, validation tasks, certification of released data, etc.) To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and able to be security clearable.
