We are looking to recruit an experienced Ford Trained Workshop controller, this is a hands on position with general workshop duties advising the technicians and taking control of the daily workshop duties and office bound for the paperwork side of this exciting position, you will need C&G in mechanical vehicle maintenance or a NVQ 1,2 or 3 equivalent
this is working Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota of 1 in 2, carrying a good basic with excellent OTE inc bonus of over £30k

Diagnostics will play an important part of this position as will all general workshop repairs, you will be advising technicians as well as repairing vehicles yourself
