Succession planning is creating this great opportunity for an ambitious litigation solicitor.  You will join a very friendly law firm on the Hampshire coast where you will take over an established caseload with a view to taking over as head of litigation upon retirement of the partner.  Your experience to date will be broad to encompass all areas of civil/commercial litigation.  Excellent partnership prospects.
