Project Engineer, Product Development, Lifecycle Management~ RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides technical and business guidance to critical supplier. Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with supplier and programs. Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout product development through EIS. Leads the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions. Leads the development of business unit procurement strategies. Provides oversight, guidance and verification of work performance to plan. Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Manages supplier work execution and risk plans. Operates with little oversight and is comfortable working under pressure. Resources to perform the following tasks: Provide commodity lifecycle management oversight and leadership with our client's supplier, to the level required that will insure all design, build, certification and delivery deliverables are completed on/before schedule commitment time and on/under budget. Participate/Lead schedule reviews and understand plans & impacts; coordinate participation from appropriate client resources including: Design, Stress, M&PT, ME, SM, Management, etc. Identify and communicate requirements from GR that will facilitate the integrated, internal Client plan for Nacelle including updates from GR plans. Add and manage key (non-deliverable) items to Client plan from supplier plans and maintain for Leadership visibility.
