Administrative Support, Benefits, Data Processing~ RESPONSIBILITIES: Role Description: Provides administrative support to Pension, 401(k) & Stock Options Data Management operations regarding benefit data issues and concerns. Contributes to the definition of systems requirements for use by IT developers. Supports benefit contract negotiations; audits vendor/carrier compliance to performance standards and develops improvement plan as necessary. Supports union negotiations regarding benefits; assists in analyzing benefit questions that arise during negations and responds to benefits related questions; assists in comparing proposal to other contracts (internal and external) to effect a solution. 1. Data Processes: Receive daily reports from HR systems and Pension and/or Savings supplier and make necessary corrections to impacted systems. Review quarterly Pension and/or Savings Data Synchronization Reports, analyzing discrepancies and making necessary corrections to impacted systems. Support data cleanup efforts for the supplier projects and other Benefit Services groups. Support data gathering, analysis and reporting for internal or supplier projects and other Benefit Services groups. 2. Technical Processes: Benefit Services focal for secure communications with both internal Client and external suppliers covering email, Client File Transfer Service, Web based systems and other Client available options. Benefit Services focal for server/share maintenance and usage. Build and run various HR and supplier system queries as requested. REQUIREMENTS: Seeking candidates that have MS Office expertise and system knowledge -- HR / Benefit knowledge is just a plus. Must have expert Microsoft Excel and Access skills as well as query building, analytical skills, and able to type 50+ wpm and be a team player. Prior knowledge of HR systems a plus. MUST HAVE ABILITY TO ANALYZE AND RECONCILE BENEFIT DATA ISSUES. MISCELLANEOUS: 4 DAYS A WEEK - 32 hours per week
